If you don't like Valentine's Day, just consider this. At least you don't have to empty your wallet to purchase "Obligation Chocolate" for your male coworkers. EW. That's what women in Japan have to do on Valentine's Day. And while the chocolate-giving is reciprocated one month later by the male coworkers, the whole concept of Obligation Chocolate really squicks me out. It is 100 times worse than Valentine's Day. Obligation Chocolate!
I think the only appropriate candy to give out at work are conversation hearts, but specifically the ones that say "FAX ME" and "EMAIL ME." The most unromantic candy EVER.
