One reason I hate phone duty so much:

(aside from the fact that it makes me sweaty & nervous)

Our resident OCD lady called the main office line to tell me to relay a message to another member of the office that his "gas cap is open and he needs to shut it."

REALLY?

I should also mention that about 3 other lines were ringing as I was taking this important message.

RAGE!

I should also also mention that I actually did deliver the message, because she is the type of person who would actually follow up to make sure I did.
